One of the leading global Pharmaceutical Company awarded the travel program to our global network partner. We were tasked to align with the global implementation and change management program of the new client in India.
The travel program of our client was successfully managed traditionally for 12 years by a local retail travel company for its entities across India. There was limited visibility for the client on the travel spends. The client was not confident of the benefits of the consolidated global travel program.
We aligned with our network partner on the strategic steps of implementation and change management program. This was followed by the discovery meetings with the client. We balanced the global framework and local dynamics by stitching customized solutions and gained the status as the client’s ‘trusted advisor.’ The project plan (enlisting the activities, ownership & timelines) was periodically reviewed by all stakeholders.
Through effective collaboration, the project was completed on time, paving way for a seamless transition. Our extensive change management program of conducting in person sessions, webinars etc. elicited an overwhelming participation. The benefits of an integrated travel program featuring governance, duty of care for travelers, tangible savings & standard MIS reporting was well recognized by the client.
