Our long standing corporate client, leading in Digital Transformation & Service Industry was running a mature travel program. The client’s complex internal vendor processes resulted in delayed payments for us. The additional cost of borrowings due to the extended credit period negatively impacted on our P&L.

    We recommended our client to embrace the virtual card program of a renowned credit card company. This was followed by a series of meetings with the associated finance stakeholders. The tangible benefits of card migration was addressed to the client.
